I am an Accredited Clinical Supervisor with five years of experience guiding, mentoring, and coaching emerging counsellors. Trained in the PACFA and ACA-accredited RISE UP model, I create a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment for both counselling students and practicing professionals in individual and group settings. By drawing on my extensive experience in therapeutic counselling and leadership roles, I help Counsellors enhance their skills, build confidence, and cultivate their own therapeutic styles.

With a career spanning over 24 years in local government, community agencies, education, and corporate environments, I have held key roles, including serving as a Clinical Team Leader at one of Australia’s largest Employee Assistance Program (EAP) agencies. This experience has refined my leadership abilities in strategic problem-solving, effective communication, and team motivation. I also bring specialised expertise in the delivery, management and clinical supervision of EAP services, including supporting injured employees, providing Manager-support, and responding to critical incidents.

These experiences have shaped my supervision methodology, emphasising a collaborative approach grounded in empathy, ethical practice, and reflective learning. My goal is to ensure that supervisees feel supported and empowered to grow professionally while developing their unique counselling styles.
